The Salt Marsh Alliance, a not-for-profit organization,
was formed in 2002 to support the Salt Marsh Nature Center.
The Salt Marsh Alliance provides a way for private citizens and
local businesses to help maintain the Nature Center in a partnership
with New York City's Park and Recreation Department
and the Urban Park Rangers.

Brooklyn's largest park, with 530 acres of grassland and precious
salt marsh, home to a multitude of birds and native flora and fauna,
protected as a Forever Wild Preserve.
One of New York City's Urban Park Ranger Centers,
and right in the heart of Brooklyn!
